homes, from traditional to modern.
Over the years, Croft Projects have become more involved
in up-market residential estates with a high rate of success
in assisting the developers, their sales teams and of course,
the client, to realise the dream of owning a brand new, exclusive
home.
We at Croft Projects, believe that every client is
of the upmost importance and therefore encourage our clients
to become involved with us in every aspect of the design of
their new home and turn the whole experience into an exciting
journey from beginning to end.
We offer sound advice to our clients, often calling on the
experience of other specialists to ensure that only the best
would be good enough and continue to follow through with the
design to the final stages of construction.
Croft Projects can assist in screening
and securing various contrctors who would be involed in the
construction of the project if and when required to do so.
In addition, Croft Projects now have a
landscaping division, hand
made & hand carved furniture division plus a finishing
& carpentry division for custom finishes to meet the needs
of each individual client.
We are in the process of developing our
new in house interior design & decorating division which
should be fully operational by 2010.
The Team
 The
practice is headed up by Errol A. Croft, a registered Professional
Senior Architectural Technologist (S.A.C.A.P.S.A.) and has
the support of various experienced professional personnel
-Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Landscape designers,
Quantity Surveyors and Town planners- all of whom are able
to offer the client a complete and professional service to
bring the entire project together professionally.
We assist our clients in sourcing various materials, finishes
and specialists in order to enhance the completed project.
Croft Projects have developed a strong
and trusted relationship with various Town Councils across
Gauteng ensuring that the best service may be afforded to
their clients.

Projects
completed in the past, include approximately 2500 new
residential homes, residential developments, re-modelling
of existing homes and buildings, new factories and small
suburban shopping centres, retail stores, and various
proposals for boutique hotels both here in South Africa
and abroad. In addition, we have also gained experience
in the design of theatres, restaurants and cinemas.
We offer our clients detailed designs, covering all
aspects of the project, therefore ensuring complete
peace of mind.
As our clients are always directly involved in every
aspect of their project, any input from them is carefully
considered and where possible, implemented in order
to ensure complete satisfaction with the end product.
